Secured at auction for an investor client and repositioned into a high-performing co-living asset following extensive structural remediation and redevelopment works.
Originally acquired with significant structural concerns that deterred much of the open market, this property was identified as a hidden-value opportunity with strong underlying fundamentals. Whilst many buyers were discouraged by the condition and perceived complexity of the scheme, our experience allowed us to assess the asset differently — recognising the long-term potential beyond the initial challenges.
Secured at auction at a highly attractive entry price, the project was delivered as a full acquisition-to-stabilisation development for an investor client. Extensive structural works were undertaken alongside a full back-to-brick refurbishment, compliance upgrades and operational setup, transforming the property into a professionally delivered, income-producing co-living asset.
Despite the complexity of the initial condition, the redevelopment followed a similar investment structure and cost profile to many of our other projects — demonstrating the importance of experience, contractor oversight and accurate acquisition analysis when identifying opportunities others overlook.
Now fully let and professionally managed, the asset is performing as intended — showcasing the value of strategic acquisitions backed by experienced delivery.

To launch the business, Brixvoir has secured an initial £50 million internal funding partnership through its strategic relationship with Angel Property Finance — providing dedicated in-house funding capability for Brixvoir clients acquiring investment properties through the platform. The funding facility has been structured to allow Brixvoir to scale aggressively, move quickly on opportunities and streamline the investment journey from acquisition through to refurbishment, refinancing and long-term management.
This initial funding line represents the first phase of a much larger long-term growth strategy for the business, with further institutional and private funding partnerships expected to follow as Brixvoir continues to expand its operations, development pipeline and national presence within the property investment sector.
Rather than operating as a traditional sourcing company, Brixvoir was built by combining the proven systems, experience and operational strengths behind multiple established businesses already operating successfully within the property sector.
The refurbishment and development model behind Brixvoir has been heavily influenced by the experience of Jason Jouan through The Jouan Group, where he has overseen and delivered tens of millions of pounds worth of property renovations and value-add development projects. Jason Jouan and his associated businesses have also received recognition and media coverage across a range of national and international publications including Forbes, GQ, The Independent, Men’s Health and other business and media platforms — recognising his work, entrepreneurial journey and growing presence within the property and business sectors.
Pani Zannetou is the founder of Curran Birds + Co, one of the region’s fastest-growing modern estate agencies, recognised for its strong market presence, modern approach and rapid growth within the property sector. Since launching, the business has expanded aggressively with multiple offices and a growing team, becoming one of the area’s most recognised independent agencies. The company has built a reputation for high-quality presentation, strong operational infrastructure and a forward-thinking approach to estate agency and property marketing. Alongside this, Pani Zannetou has become recognised as a growing entrepreneur within the wider property and business sector through the development of his multiple businesses.
Alongside this, Pani Zannetou and Jason Jouan also co-founded Jouan Real Estate, a specialist property management and operations company working closely with landlords and investors across the sector.
Together, these businesses provide the operational infrastructure, management capability, development experience and strategic partnerships behind Brixvoir — creating a platform designed to deliver carefully selected turnkey investment opportunities with a long-term focus on quality, execution and scalable growth.
With a focus on quality over volume, Brixvoir is positioned as a modern property investment brand built on credibility, execution and long-term strategic partnerships — with ambitions to become one of the UK’s leading fully integrated property investment and funding platforms over the coming years.
